Inside Sales Representative
Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is a persistent, focused and well organized sales professional dedicated to the identification and development of qualified sales leads for The CashLINQ Group’s world class payment processing services and solutions. This person must be comfortable making dozens of sales calls a day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and working with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to close business. The Inside Sales Representative should have demonstrated experience prospecting and building a growing account list, as well as either closing sales directly, and working in a non-tangible sales environment and at the corporate level.
Primary Objectives:
To acquire new customers and grow revenues, develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads, build targeted market awareness and familiarity with The CashLINQ Group’s brand and services, and expedite market penetration for the The CashLINQ Group’s offerings.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Qualify and allocate leads for multiple offerings
- Generate interest in The CashLINQ Group’s offerings through outbound call. A High volume of phone activity is needed to generate a dependable and predictable pipeline
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail
- Generate targeted call lists, develop call plans and utilize CRM to capture, document and transfer activities
- Provide outbound and back office support for integrated Marketing programs (i.e., events, direct marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Develop and Sustain knowledge of The CashLINQ Group’s offerings and associated technologies
- Maintain a high level of activity to meet objectives
- Provide feedback to improve efficiencies of Marketing and Sales effort
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to understand the non-profit world of churches and ministries
- Tenacious, persistent, positive, focused, energetic, self-starter with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to comfortably and confidently converse at a high business level with President/CFO level customer contacts
- Ability to work well cross-functionally, across departments and with varying personalities and skill sets
- An ability to understand technology and software is very helpful but not necessary
- An individual who thrives in a fast paced, rapidly growing and constantly changing environment
- Excellent team player, but also must be able to identify, prioritize and manage work well independently with minimal supervision
- BA/BS Strongly preferred with a minimum 2 years successful B2B phone-based sale
